The four attorneys of Keen Law Offices, LLC, practice only in immigration law, with an emphasis on criminal defense of non-U.S. citizens and related issues of deportation and immigrant status. We also assist foreign nationals and U.S. employers in petitions for temporary and permanent immigrant visas or adjustment of status.
Christopher Keen established his law practice in Orem, Utah, in 2002. He has since brought on three more attorneys, each with experience in immigration, criminal law or appeals. We are known for handling complex immigration cases in which clients are facing permanent removal, cancellation of green cards or years in prison.
Our skilled and experienced lawyers practice before all state and federal trial courts and appeals courts in Utah, including the Utah Supreme Court, the Ninth and Tenth U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals, the U.S. Supreme Court, the Executive Office for Immigration Review and the Board of Immigration Appeals.
We are active in the Utah Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Utah Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and other professional organizations, and Mr. Keen has presented training seminars to other immigration attorneys.
